RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform automotive repairs & maintenance, including engine repair, transmission repair, heating & A/C repair, steering & suspension repair, exhaust repair, alignments, general maintenance, etc.
• Communicate with the GM & Shop Foreman to effectively manage orders and customer communications.
• Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify their soundness.
• Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records.
• Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
• Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair.

• Provide exceptional customer experience at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required. We will provide you with the skills and tools needed to pass all the ASE tests, all the way to the Master level. We will even pay for the tests so long as you achieve a passing grade!
• 3+ years of automotive technician/mechanic experience required.
• Ability to operate auto repair tools and perform the most standard repairs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have your own tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States – we are an E-Verify employer.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
