WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a motivated, committed, and seasoned Automotive Technician/Mechanic who is passionate about providing the best service to our customers and helping us grow the business!
Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs & maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, suspension repairs, alignments, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations.
- Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.
- Communicate with Shop Manager to effectively manage orders and customer communications.
- Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify their soundness.
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair Provide exceptional customer experience at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- ASE certification preferred
- 2+ years' of automotive technician -experience
- Experience with a wide range of makes and models
- Ability to operate all auto repair tools and perform most standard repairs
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment is a must
- Strong knowledge of electrical diagnostics is preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have your own tools
- Must be authorized to work in the United States – we are an E-Verify employer
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Must have a valid & current driver's license.
