I brought my 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport to Franklynn Automotive to get a second opinion for a faulty turbo that was recently looked at by McDonald Volkswagen. I was informed by VW Service that I would need to replace my turbo and get a subsequent oil change afterwards costing $2,70000. Additionally, was charged $250.00 for the diagnostic. One of the major concerns was that the vehicle would not accelerate. I took my vehicle to get a second opinion from Franklynn Automotive who I was referred to from my wife’s best friend. Upon completion of the servicing, not only did they discover that I only had a turbo by-pass valve disconnected and a turbo hose after the intercooler hose disconnected and they did not charge me to fix this. Additionally, they changed my front and rear brakes and changed the synthetic oil for less than $800.00. This service team did phenomenal work, they also did not charge me for the initial diagnostic as well. I will be recommending them to my friends for any care service repairs and I will also become a regular customer of theirs. Satisfied customer.

I looked up the reviews before I came here but honestly it just didn't do them Justice. These folks are truly amazing! I had a repair that I thought was going to cost me 3K to fix and they were able to get it fixed for half of that including my oil change. Their communication is top tier, I knew everything that was happening every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got here. It is rare to find any business who is solid in quality, timeliness and pricing- the good ones have 2:3. That is why I feel five stars is not enough for Franklynn Automotive. In fact I drive over an hour out of my way to Littleton because this is the only mechanic shop I trust with both our domestic and import vehicles. I even recommend our kid’s school teachers here…

Franklynn Automotive is BY FAR, the best auto shop around! I first came to Franklynn when my air blower in my car went out. Franklynn gave me a fair price, they did a fantastic job and their customer service is excellent! Recently I came in to get new brake pads and their price was much better than their competitors near by.

Franklynn Automotive stands out from other auto shops in the area with how great they treat their customers and the outstanding work they do. I recommend them to everyone I know. 10/10, FIVE STARS!!
