Wherever we can we use parts that have at least a 2 year/24,000-mile warranty, and most are covered by a 5 year/unlimited-local-miles warranty or a 3 year/36,000-nationwide warranty. They’re not the cheapest parts but they’re made by some of the most reputable brands in the automotive industry such as Napa, Factory Motor Parts, Advance Auto Parts, O’Reilly Auto Parts, BG, Moog, FelPro, KYB, National, and Wagner.

The work done at Franklynn Automotive is guaranteed too. Our technicians are very experienced, and mistakes are rare, but they can happen. If we work on your car and you’re unhappy with the result or it doesn’t last the way you think it should, let us know. We’d like the chance to put it right.

We also offer a Tire Road Hazard Protection Warranty on new tires purchased through us AND existing tires purchased through us or elsewhere so long as they have at least 10/32 tread remaining (don’t worry we’ll check that for you!). The tire warranty covers nationwide flat tire repair, 24/7 flat tire changing assistance, & tire replacement for 36 months! Call the shop to learn more!

Things to note:

• Parts that wear out, like brake pads, oil, etc. are generally not covered by a warranty.
• Fleet and commercial vehicles are not generally covered by the warranty.
• We do not install customer supplied parts due to insurance and warranty terms & conditions.
